…This is another new image for the March issue of CURRENTS (Case) Magazine accompanying an article written in response to a report released last fall titled ‘Graduating to a Pay Gap’ by The American Association of University Women (AAUW) , which looked at the earnings of women and men just one year after college graduation. Women are earning less than men one year after graduation from college. There is a common misconception that women fall prey to this pay gap only after decades of being in the workforce – after they’ve married, had kids, or “opted out” of the workforce. Graduating to a Pay Gap shows that, in fact, the pay gap starts as soon as college graduates throw their caps in the air…
